Data we collect
Account info (name, email), usage telemetry, agent run metadata, and billing details. We never sell your data.
How we use it
To operate the service, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve Donkit. Aggregated analytics may inform product decisions.
Model training
By default, customer prompts and outputs are not used to train shared models. Enterprise customers can request EU data residency and zero-retention modes.
Security
SOC 2 Type II audited. Data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). BYO-KMS available for Enterprise.

You may request access, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@donkit.tech.
