These Terms govern your use of Donkit Ai ("Donkit", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Donkit provides a platform to design, deploy, and operate AI agents. We offer free and paid tiers, with usage-based pricing on runs and storage.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Donkit to build agents that violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Data & privacy
Customer data is processed under our Privacy Policy and our DPA. We do not train shared models on your data.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Liability
Donkit is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
